The Classic Engraved Plate is made from industrial resin. This plate can help turn any product into a unique personalized memorial. Our expert engravers will design each plate with care and precision. This plate is UV outdoor safe and will not fade, chip or rust.

Plate Engraving
Customize this plate with up to 4 lines of engraving. Each line can contain up to 45 characters. Choose from a variety of fonts. Each line of engraving is $2.99. For example, two lines of engraving would be $5.98 plus the base cost of the plate. Choose from a variety of artwork as well. (see artwork options above)

Attaching a Plate
Each plate comes with double sided adhesive. This adhesive can be used to attach the plate to a wide variety of materials such as wood, metal, glass or plastic.

Perfect Plates

I purchased 2 plates last week, 1 for my father's flag holder, and the other for our german shepherd's urn. Both were beautiful, and the Perfect Memorial people did a beautiful job laying out the information on my father's plaque, which had the a Military insignia and 3 wars, as well as Katie's plate with the paw prints insignia. Both plates were done in Helvetica type which was a great choice against the gold. Today I ordered the same plate for my late father-in-law's flag holder.

I put this on the Medium Fidelis Pet Photo Cremation Urn (PM7847) and it looks great! Went simple, just his name and then the paw prints. I definitely recommend it. Adds that extra touch to top off the urn.
