Customize this plate with up to 3 lines of engraving. Each line can contain up to 25 characters. Choose from a variety of fonts. Each line of engraving is $3.99. For example, two lines of engraving would be $7.98 plus the base cost of the plate.
Attaching a Plate
Each plate comes with double sided adhesive. This adhesive can be used to attach the plate to a wide variety of materials such as wood, metal, glass or plastic.

It has an okay appearance, but is not of good quality. I would pay about $2 for this with shipping. Very over priced. -

This plate is perfect for my beloved Chelsea's urn. It's been 4 years since she was cremated and her urn remained untitled because the plate that came with her remains originally was defective. It wasn't until recently when I lost my other precious Bichon that I decided to have another plate made for her. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality and fast service. Will recommend you highly. -

The style of this plate is very nice and it's a perfect fit for the size of the urn on which it was being placed.
I wish I'd had the opportunity to see a life size view of the plate with printing. Having chosen to print 3 lines, the print is much smaller than I would have preferred. I don't know if the print would have been engraved in a larger size if I would have requested only two lines. Should I need this size again in the future, I will ask that question before ordering. -
