The pendent is beautiful although the engraving is very small and hard to read. I ordered it to keep some of my husbands ashes in it. Had a hard time putting the ashes in even the very fine particles, so only a very small amount was able to be put in. I love the cord that came with it but it kept falling off due to the laspe will not hook completly so I had to put it on another chain. So I guess I would say I was a little bit disapointed, so I will probably order me a different one.

I had ordered three of this heart jewelry (granddaughter, daughter in law and myself) and am very satisfied with them. I like the weight and the inscription is so endearing. I know they will appreciate receiving this for their Christmas present...being able to carry my sons ashes with them.

I purchased this after one of my cats passed away and put some of her fur in it. Soon after, her sister passed away and now I have fur from both of them in it. I've gotten many compliments on it and people are surprised when they find out what it is. I prefer to wear it on a sterling silver chain instead of the silk cord that comes with it. It also has a nice weight to it so it hangs nicely.

This is a gorgeous necklace for my precious bunny; Teddy, who passed, he was 6 years old and was the sweetest thing. I am so glad I can keep him close to me every day with wearing this necklace. I was looking for a necklace that jumped out at me, and this one was just right. It said what I need him to know, that he will always be in my heart, along with everyone else's who loved him dearly. This is the exact same neckalce that I have been waiting since April from a pet crematory to get in. My Tibetan Spaniel "pokey" passed away, he was my first tibbie, my first show dog and my first champion--he was my "heart dog"--such a precious friend. I need to have him near me.... the engraving that I had done was perfect.. What a great place I discovered...thank you so much....

When we found this piece we knew instantly it was a perfect ft for what we needed. We ended up ordering several more after giving away the first batch because they were so well liked.

I am able to carry my baby boy everywhere with me. I lost my first one which has me totally heart broken, but having it around my neck gave me a little peace of mind. The container was very nice, however, the engraving "Always in my heart" is extremely small and you are hardly able to read it. But the owner will know what it says at the piece if very nice.

Nice quality. I just wish the "Always in my heart" was a little bigger and was more pronounced. Since my dad passed away this year, this brought alot of joy to my mother. She still wanted my dad to be with her and this is a great way to do that.

I got one of these for my sister and one for my daughter. They were both excited to get them. My daughter is a cosmetologist and gave my dad his last haircut about a week before he passed so we took hair from his brush to put in it. My sister put some of his memorial flowers in hers. Daddy did not want his ashes separated so we came up with other things.

I had kept some of the fur from my precious Labrador retriever, Willow,who I lost to cancer this year. When I started looking at your jewelry, I kept going back to this piece and ordered it. The picture doesn't do it justice, its beautiful and when I received it, I was thrilled with it. I did find the paper funnel was a little awkward for putting pet fur in, I was able to do better without the funnel. A little hint with fur, dampen it with a little water and it goes in easier. I wear it with a silver chain and really love it! It looks much more expensive than what I paid. Thank you for giving me a way to keep my precious Willow close to my heart! I highly recommend this one, its the perfect size for teen or adult.

I was very impressed with the time frame I received my Always in my heart pendent. It is very beautiful but the writing is quiet small and for some people it may be hard to read. The weight of the pendent is perfect not to heavy, and I loved the satin rope, but unfortunately I had to changed it due to the clasp would not stay closed. I also was only able to put a very tiny bit of my husbands ashes inside due to the hole in the pendent was not opened enough so I was very disappointed with that. Other than that I think it looks great on and I have had a lot of compliments from people.

I am very happy with my pendant the wording is small but without a lot of flashiness it says how I feel the pendant is nice and heavy for its size and because of that you may want to change the rope other then that I am glad to be able to carry my baby boy with me. This are heavier than thought would be, very nicely made and very secure for ashes of loved ones. Both my furry girls are gone now and thought would carry these in my pocket but tad bit heavy for that with all other stuff carry. So I will hang from rear view mirror and carry the green and purple tube in pocket instead. Perfect solution

I love the keepsake however the writing is so small and not really legible, the same held true for the silver one I purchased, the engraving is barely visible. However the product was shipped and received expeditiously I just wish the text was better visible especially the engraving which is an additional charge of almost 15.00. Had plans on ordering more of these keepsakes for the other immediate family members, but I am having to do it a couple at a time since my husbands family is so big

The charm is simply perfect for what we wanted which is to have Mom w/US daily, unfortunatley my necklace clasp broke off and I ordered 1other "Always in our heart" necklace as we forgot to order 1 for my grandaugher and her satiny necklace had no clasps/hardware so that was tied in a knot,unacceptable! I called over a week ago and was assured they would send 2 replacement necklaces yet I have yet to receive them it would be greatly appreciated if they are sent ASAP!

We have another issue w/a regular sized URN that my father had engraved for my Mom that was horrible but we managed to use it and Mom was placed in a Niche last week . The item had no instructions and was poorly made and hard to open , hence it was slightly damaged, my father Stephen LaScala from Melbourne Fl. ordered it the latter part of September.

I did love my heart but unfortunately I am the one who messed it up and called and they said they would send me another. I really love the heart. I did not pay enough attention to how to fill it and glue it. I will be ordering something else soon.

Thank You for providing this Heart to hold my beloved Husband's Lock of Hair. It is BEAUTIFUL & sturdy. I followed the directions for insertion & sealing. I let the glue set for 24hrs & put it around my neck, using the stainless steel chain you also offered and have never taken it off. ( I have showered, soaked in bubble baths,etc and it has remained sealed & as highly polished as when I received it.) I know my Husband is at peace, and with this heart containing his lock of hair, I also am at peace knowing not only is my love for him in my heart, but that a part of him is always next to me and my heart.

Very nice piece of jewelry, however the script "Always in my heart" is a little small to read. I had it engraved on the back in bold type and they did a wonderful job and is very easy to read.

I had been eyeing this pendant for some time and finally decided to buy it because the price was amazing (overstock sale!!). I am so very happy with how the engraving turned out on the back and overall the pendant is lovely. Yes, the writing is small on the front but very nice and dainty. The piece is a nice weight. I didn't plan to use the satin cord but put it on a chain I already had and it works perfectly. I love it!

I am so pleased with my choice of this Cremation Heart Necklace. When I wear it I feel so much closer to my Sweet Larry. The engraving Always In My Heart could be a little bit easier to read, but otherwise it is perfect.

I purchased two of these, one for me and one for my mother. My only complaint is that the writing on the front is so micro small that you can't even read it and there is plenty of room for the words to have been written bigger, other than that it is very well made and will last forever. The engraving on the back that I requested was perfect and readable.
