Great Product

I was very happy to receive this urn. The appearance is better in person! It's a heavy piece made of polished brass. I am going to look into how to care for the brass finish to ensure it stays this pretty. The inlay is very smooth - no rough edges where the pieces come together - and any gaps are filled with a mastic or epoxy type of filler; well-crafted, in my opinion. The lid screws on with enough threading to make it fairly secure, although I always use Loc-Tite or thread adhesive.

The one thing, and it's not even bad, just a consideration: the description said it should hold approximately 3# live weight. My cremains came from a fish - mostly water and cartilage - and was only 1.5#. I had a hard time getting all of the cremains in the urn. Since they come in a variety of sizes, you may want to consider the next size up, depending on your situation.

Warm and Lovely, just like Her

This urn felt perfect from the moment I saw it. I looked for so long but upon finding this one I knew my search was over. My tiny Golden Chihuahua, Anna, was my Baby. Always affectionate and lady-like even with strangers and children she was my constent companion and comfort. Warm and Lovely, beautiful and graceful, this Brass and Mother of Pearl Urn was made for Her. And I was SO Suprised they had the perfect size! i bought this small urn it comes with a black special soft bag. you can take it any where.
i going to buy the same one soon for my Aunt i bet she will love it.i recommended this small urn too everyone
