Includes a matching outercase with an engraveable top plate. Engraving is up to 2 lines with up to 20 characters on the first line and up to 33 characters on the second line.This urn has a bottom-opening.

Arrived promptly
Nice size
Only problem: The case
The plate that is engraved has what looks like smudges on it. I tried to clean it off but nothing came off. Its as if it was burned. It wasn't so bad that I felt the need to return it though. Still looks nice to me.
