Disappointed in Construction Quality

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with this product. The engraved plate ships seperately if you choose to have it engraved (which is not mentioned on the product description). When I received the urn and unscrewed the bottom, I got a whiff of a really strong, unpleasant odor of resin. The inside of the urn was smeared with black resin in a very messy way, with chunks and lumps of it everywhere, and the smell of the resin was very bad. It may seem nitpicky, but after experiencing the loss of a pet and finally receiving the ashes of your beloved friend, it doesn't seem right to place them into a messily-resined urn that reeks. It may be beautiful on the outside, but I cannot be at ease with placing my dog's ashes into this urn.
