Things you should know about international shipments to Canada
Perfect Memorials offers international shipments from the United States to Canada. International shipping presents a few unique challenges that we would like our customers to be aware of. All international orders for Canada must be done over the phone.
- International shipments to Canada are not eligible for the free ground shipping.
- All shipments to Canada will be shipped via express 2-day air service. Customers are responsible for actual shipping charges. Due to potential customs delays please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
- Orders containing items from multiple locations must first be consolidated before shipped. This can add an additional 5-7 business days.
- Customers are 100% responsible for any duties or taxes due at the time of delivery. These fees can vary depending on value and contents of the shipment.
