This can also be used as a sharing urn to hold a portion of the ashes.

The Pewter Grecian cremation urn is crafted from solid brass with a brushed finish and accented with 3 ebony-shaded lines. This urn has a top-opening with a secure threaded lid.

Optional Engraving
An optional engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving is two lines with a total of 12 characters per line. The engraving can be on the front and/or back of the urn.

Why choose engraving?
Engraving your memorial helps to permanently identify the urn. Personalization helps make the memorial for your loved one personal and unique. Some cemetaries can require direct engraving for identifcation purposes. In the incident of being misplaced or lost the engraving can help return the memorial back to it's proper location.

How long will engraving take?
Our engraving is done extremely fast by our skilled engravers. If a ground order is placed before 12:00pm Central Standard Time the urn is generally engraved and shipped the same business day. For expedited or rush orders we make every effort possible to ship same day even after 12:00pm. We encourage calling our customer care line at 1-800-979-8767 if rush engraving is needed after 12:00pm so we can make special arrangements for you.

The Item that was purchased when recieved, was just as pictured in the photo on the website and the detail that was managed in the engraving was excellent for this item. If you are looking for a way to handle so many who want a little memento of a loved one, this is an excellent choice for the price.

These urns are perfect for a keepsake. Heavy weight and the engraving is good. Got one for myself to keep some of mom's ashes, the other one for my son's nanny..
Holds just a bit of ashes, would recommend.
