This came free with my purchase of the dog bone pendant and it helped me fill the item with my dogs ashes, this was a very handy tool and the instructions were clear, concise and easy to understand. I was able to get this done very simply. Thanks! -
The "provided" funnel has to be cut out!

The funnel is paper - you have to cut out a circle and then cut a hole in the bottom of the "funnel" to pour ashes through the tiny hole at the top of the pendant. crazy! I could cut out my own piece of paper. At the prices they charge they could at least provide a real funnel that you could depend on to be the right size! Crazy disappointed! -

According to the instructions enclosed within the product, the filling kit w comprised of the purchaser making a funnel from a piece of paper. Is this what we are supposed to expect? Other than that, I am very well pleased with the memorial. -

We have not gotten our Grand Doggy ashes yet but having this kit will make it easy to complete the process and be able to wear the pieces. -

I wasn't super happy with how the filling kit worked the last time I ordered from Perfect Memorials, so I just had our funeral director fill the piece for me. The paper funnel just isn't great. It's fine for free, but I didn't use the funnel. I DID use the glue and toothpick because our funeral director did not seal the screw for some reason! The glue works great. :)
