Plate Engraving
Customize this plate with up to 3 lines of engraving. Each line can contain up to 20 characters. Choose from any one of the available fonts. Each line of engraving is $4.99. For example, two lines of engraving would be $9.98 plus the base cost of the plate.

Attaching a Plate
Each plate comes with double sided adhesive. This adhesive can be used to attach the plate to a wide variety of materials such as wood, metal, glass or plastic.

I ordered this item as trubute to an animal that helped me recover from the effects of a mini stroke ,when I adopted her at 6 months old ,She was trained as a pointing dog ,even though she was not bred to be one .The heart sits below the lock on my cedar box urn for her ,and it states that she was my "4 legged angel " ,and will be with me untill pass away,and we will meet at the rainbow bridge ! Heart-shaped plaque

I am very pleased with the plaque that I ordered from Perfect Memorials. It is now affixed to the urn holding my dog's ashes. It is high-quality and the engraving was beautifully done. I love it! It is so fitting to remember Jesse in such a manner. He, also, was high quality.

The heart looks great on top of Baxter's urn. The shipping was fast and problem free. Although I hope I don't need your services again for a long time, I would encourage others who do to order from Perfect Memorials.
