Plate Engraving
Customize this plate with up to 4 lines of engraving. Each line can contain up to 35 characters. Choose from any one of the available fonts. Each line of engraving is $4.99. For example, two lines of engraving would be $9.98 plus the base cost of the plate.

Attaching a Plate
Each plate comes with double sided adhesive. This adhesive can be used to attach the plate to a wide variety of materials such as wood, metal, glass or plastic.

Foam Double-Stick Tape

This plate was perfect for the box my husband made for my parent's ashes. The size & square corners allowed the plate to lie flat against the box.

Just a heads up, that I had ordered 8 smaller plates with rounded corners for same boxes, but they did not lay flat on the boxes. I spoke to a representative and she said they did not have a product in this smaller size that would lie flat to the box and they only used the foam back double-stick tape. Since this was a larger plate and came w/square corners, it hid the double-stick tape.

I took the foam back double-stick tape off of the 8 smaller plates and replaced it with a thin strip of double back tape and the 8 smaller plates laid flat against my boxes and look great and stick very well. Just a suggestion to change the tape for the smaller plates or make note for customer that the plate will not lie flat as the foam design does raise it...except for this larger plate.

The creamatorian provided an urn when our beloved Beagle passed away and we needed a engraved plate to identify the urn and to show our love for our Beagle. We will meet her at Rainbow Bridge.

I purchased a beautiful urn with 6 windows for pictures of family etc. To my amazement it was delivered to my doorstep in 24 hrs. I was so impressed because I had also had a sqare metal plate with 4 lines that needed engraving. Everything was top quality and was much more than I expected and the price was a steal. I would recommend this company to everyone.
