Plate Engraving
Customize this plate with up to 6 lines of engraving. Each line can contain up to 35 characters. Choose from any one of the available fonts. Each line of engraving is $4.99. For example, two lines of engraving would be $9.98 plus the base cost of the plate.

Attaching a Plate
Each plate comes with double sided adhesive. This adhesive can be used to attach the plate to a wide variety of materials such as wood, metal, glass or plastic.

My Mother passed away in 2005 and my father passed away this year. I was looking for an urn for the two of them. Eventually I found the one with Perfect Memorials. I ordered it and needed it quite quickly because I was putting a family dinner together to reunite my parents into one urn. The urn came within 3 business days. I also wanted to make a place for them as well. I chose the larger one and put both their names on it with their years of life together. I received that within 3 business days as well. I did pay for the 2 day shipment to assure me of receiving these products on time and it was worth every penny. The urn is a wood and I was very happy with it. The quality appeared great and I have no complaints. The engraved plate was very nicely engraved with what I requested, No errors at all. I hope that I don't have to order anything soon from this company but if so, I would. I highly recommend using Perfect Memorials.

I ordered this on a Sunday, and realized I had made an error and called first thing Monday morning. They were able to change it and I had it in my mailbox by Thursday. Impressive service. It was a gift to a friend whose mother contributed her bird to her facility after her passing. It was beautiful and brought tears to her eyes. For a sad occasion, the service was wonderful, and the result brought both tears and smiles to many.

Nice looking, but kinda thin. Wish I would have coated it with something so it will hold up in bad weather. Printing was very nice.
