The Fairmont cremation urn is made from solid cherry wood. This urn also has a beautiful hand polished satin finish.

Optional Engraving
An optional engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 3 lines with a total of 35 characters on each line. Engraving will be done on the front or top of the urn.

Why choose engraving?
Engraving your memorial helps to permanently identify the urn. Personalization helps make the memorial for your loved one personal and unique. Some cemetaries can require direct engraving for identifcation purposes. In the incident of being misplaced or lost the engraving can help return the memorial back to it's proper location.

How long will engraving take?
Our engraving is done extremely fast by our skilled engravers. If a ground order is placed before 12:00pm Central Standard Time the urn is generally engraved and shipped the same business day. For expedited or rush orders we make every effort possible to ship same day even after 12:00pm. We encourage calling our customer care line at 1-800-979-8767 if rush engraving is needed after 12:00pm so we can make special arrangements for you.

I was a bit skeptical buying this without seeing it as I wanted it engraved and knew it would not be returnable with engraving. But... I am very pleased with the product and the engraving. Very handsome urn.
