I have not had any problems before this, but I purchased this for my husband to hold my daughter's remains and the clasp broke while he was wearing it. If it hadn't been for his shirt being tucked in he would have lost the cylinder as he didn't realize it had happened. -
Snake Chain necklaces

I recently purchased 3 picture pendants and 3 snake chain necklaces for those pendants, as well as a wooden urn. I was extremely pleased with the picture pendants and wooden picture urn. The chains themselves were nice but the clasp was very very flimsy/cheaply made and all 3 broke just trying to hook them around a neck. Customer service was very nice and reimbursed me for the chains. A better clasp and I would have given the Company a 5. -
