We offer several convenient ways to place orders. A majority of our orders are done directly through our secure website. Ordering by phone can also be done by dialing 1-800-979-8767. Our third option is for customers to mail a check or money order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed as soon as we receive them. Most products are shipped in 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). Our Free Shipping service will usually take around 3-7 business days. Second-day and overnight shipping are also available. Read more about our delivery options.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order has been placed changes cannot be made online. If you need to change your order please contact a customer care representative immediately for assistance. Personalized items that been completed cannot be cancelled.
