Caskets Return Policy

Caskets may be returned if damaged, defective, or if an incorrect model is delivered. If you would like to return a casket for any other reason there will be a 30% handling/restocking fee in addition to shipping charges. If a casket is returned as not-deliverable a 30% restocking fee plus return freight will be assessed. Please call us for additional assistance. 1-800-979-8767.
