My mom saw this online and liked the idea of having a piece of dad with her. It is far more beautiful than the picture shows, and it's nice to see there are more colors available now, and the price is a great value for the quality. She was very pleased.

The necklace looks great. I bought two of them as gifts for my mother and sister to hold my father’s ashes. It really doesn't hold that much though, maybe a gram of cremains if you’re lucky and you pack them in. I didn't have a problem with putting cremains in though. I was irritated that they send you a piece of paper with a funnel template and you have to cut it out and tape it up yourself. I would have given the necklace a 5 if it held more and a better funnel was supplied.

I am very happy with my perchuse and many comments on how pretty it is. Looks like a piece of Jewellery and no one knows it is my husband's ashes. Does not hold much of them, but that is ok. Very very pleased.

It is gorgeous, however, it would be nice if there were different colors of it to choose from. Maybe the different birthstone colors.

my daughter love the heart

I ordered six of these and gave them as Christmas presents to some friends of my deceased wife as well as to my parents and sister and daughter. Every one of them was overwhelmed by the gesture and spoke of the simple beauty of the necklace and appreciated the engraving that I had ordered to be placed on the back of necklace. This was hard on me but I am glad I did this for friends and family. Very nice.

I think it is very pretty. Big but does not hold much got two neacklaces. I got two diffetent styles the other one is smaller and hold more remains. Yes pretty and big just does not hold much. If looking to hold remains close may not be the one. The small neck at top is all that holds remains.

I purchased this to keep my best friend of 12 years my heart. Her name is Daisy and she is a beautiful Boston terrier. This necklace is SO,SO,SO her!!! The pic shows it's very pretty, but it's BREATHLESS in actuality, Other colours are available, but Miss Daisy the Diva loved purple. The stainless steel looks like high quality silver. I opted for the satin cord, not a chain because I have fairly long hair and I can wear it when cycling and kayaking. Daisy loved to kayak. I will add a reinforcement clasp when kayaking. This site has excellent customer service and the BEST price I found on ANY site. I also bought a keepsake urn for my sun, but will review it on that item. I will recommend this site to everyone. It's very pretty and it's not overly huge to announce itself as to its purpose but it might be a tad small. That is, I want to use it as a keepsake for fur not ashes and I had a problem putting much of anything into the jewelry. I'm not sure I got more than a few hairs by using the included toothpick to force some in that wound up being loose (the bit I tied did not go in). For me, the funnel did not work for this purpose. I'm not sure yet what I will do as I do not wish to waste the small bit of fur I preserved by getting it on the carpet rather than in the jewelry.

I bought this piece for a friend who lost her dog companion of 14 years. Her favorite color is purple and this is an absolutley perfect piece for her. It is lovely and I can't wait to gift it to her.

My dad past away on 03/28/2013 and i googled cremation necklaces and this site is best by FAR!!!! great prices, wonderful customer service. I purched this beautiful purple heart (cuz i LOVE purple) the first one i got, the ashes were coming out through the stainless steal between the purple gem, so i called customerservice and they replaced it for FREE. did i mention i did the standord 5-7 buisness days and it came in THREE, both times!!! I will deff order again, since my cat (15 years old) is dying from diabetes and kidney failure. they gave her 6 months to live...9 months ago, 2 months ago her kidneys were at 10 percent. anyways enough bout my sad story :( i love my cat and i will deff be back soon to buy either a necklace or a nice box. i would defff recommend this place. thank you for all your help

I am very please with this piece! The weight of the stone is perfect and the script engraving is beautiful. I would absoultely recommend this peice to anyone who is looking for a sophisticated memorial piece. I bought one for my sister and for me. She loves it as well. The chain is a little long for me, but I just tied it in a knot in the back and then latched it. The chain is interchangable, so you are not tied to the chain provided -- which is another plus. I was going to purchase this piece at its full price then found that it was $18 on an overstock sale---which made it more lovely. However, at full price, I would have been just as happy. The purple in this piece is so rich. I am extremely happy with this color and piece selection.

At first I was surprised at the vast selection, but my husband, grandpa, had 6 beautiful and different granddaughters. The separate selections I made for them all had a connection to him. I was pleased with each selection, as were the girls, and each necklace was beautiful and expertly engraved.

I very recently lost my best companion, a springer spaniel named Kado. I wanted to keep him with me all the time, so I came to this website. It's sturdy. I chose amethyst because it was his birthstone, and it just so happened it was on overstock sale (I like to think he played a part in that coincidence). Very beautiful but wish it came with longer chain

I love this and already have my son's ashes inside. It would be nice if you extended the length of the cord another two inches, Not everyone likes a choker.

This is a lovely piece. The color is a vivid purple and the "hugging wings" give a true touch of warmth to the piece. The pendant is quite heavy and feels sturdy on the beautiful black necklace. The engraving on the back is a great way to share a last message of love. Placing the ashes inside is a 2-person project but actually quite simple. A lovely gift for family members.

This is a beautiful piece of jewelry. Don't let the price fool you Sometimes when you get a cheaper price, you are expecting a cheap looking product. This is not the case with this beauty. My 96 year old mom passed away this month and I gave to my daughter with some of Mom's ashes inside as a birthday gift. Mom passed away just a few weeks before her birthday.

She was so touched that she could not even get the words out to thank me by phone. She had to call later in the day because she was so emotional.

I love this piece, my wonderful 29 year old mare passed away recently, she was copper penny with flaxen blonde mane and tail. All her tack was purple. This gorgeous piece now holds strands of her mane and I have her with me all the time. May she forever run free in green pastures. I highly recommend this item, the photo does not do justice to it.

They look exactly like the picture. I was surprised by the size though (guess I should I read the dimensions better :] ) but everyone comments on how pretty they are and I am adjusting to the size. The family loved the heart. The claps on the chain didn't work and it kept fallen off her neck. Other then that they loved it.

I received my item and there was a large crack through the top right side of the stone that was visible through a quarter of the stone. When I called I was told that another one would be engraved and shipped within the next day and was. This one looks so much better. I filled it last night and am so happy with my choice. I filled this one with ashes which is a little challenging due to the hole being so small, but workable. I was told that the customer service at Perfect Memorials was great and I have to agree.
