The Male Golfer Silhouette Book Plaque Only
This plaque is designed to enhance the presentation of the Male Golfer Silhouette Book Cremation Urn Series. This includes the Small Male Golfer Silhouette Book Cremation Urn - Engravable (PM16557), Medium Golfer Silhouette Book Cremation Urn - Engravable (PM16582), and the Large Male Golfer Silhouette Book Cremation Urn - Engravable (PM16607). The plaques are made from a durable resin and comes with a pre-applied industrial adhesive tape. These plaques are offered exclusively from Perfect Memorials and have a lifetime warranty. Urns are sold separately from the plaques.
Simple Mounting
The back of the plaque is lined with 3M® VHB® tape (Very High Bond). This clear acrylic tape allows you to easily attach the plaque to the urn vault without the use of glue. Simply peel the tape liner off and gently press the plaque to the urn vault for a permanent bond.
Engraving Options
Engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 5 lines, 40 characters per line. An optional poem may also be engraved. (See poem choices below) Poem option not available on small plaque.
