Medium Photo Cube Rotating Cremation Urn - Up to 5 Photos (PM3642)

I purchased this for my sweet hound that recently passed. She was cremated so I wanted to put her remains in something special. This was perfect! The place that cremated her put her is a square tin container and it fit like a glove in this urn. I also purchased the name and poem insert (in silver). It came out beautiful and there was plenty of room to put in exactly what we wanted to say to her. Previous reviews mentioned how hard it was to get the pictures in, but I had no trouble at all. I used the paper inserts as a guide when I cut my pictures down to size. This is truly the best looking urn I have seen for an animal to date. My sweet Kendall will remain in style forever. Beautiful cube. Like the other review stated, it's a tight fit getting the pics in, but looks beautiful when done. My only complaint would be the plexiglass? instead of glass for the photos, some of mine had some minor scratches on it, but once the pics were in, you couldn't see.

Also, as the previous review stated, there was plenty of room for my baby kitty. I left her in the tin can the vet gave us that was already sealed to be safe. But I also put in a bag of fur, etc (glad to see I'm not the only one who would do this).

Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a beautiful memorial.

I received the photo cube before my kittie's remains returned from her cremation, and immediately began preparing the 4 perfect photos for each side. How to choose only four? However, I was able to select a group of pictures that represented her life with us, plus the engraved plaque to commemorate her lifespan. It was tough getting all the photos in place - it's a really tight fit - but once I succeeded, I was really pleased. Best of all, her remains fit nicely in the box, and there was room left over to store a small baggie of her fur, sympathy cards we received, and her collar and tag. I can rotate the cube to see all the photos and know she's waiting at the Rainbow Bridge.

i am very happy with my purchase. it is used for my 5 yr old son that recently passed. the setting is beautiful. my wife and i already have pictures in it of him. and it goesnt look like an urn so we are very happy with our pick.

We lost our handsome cat to cancer on New Year's Eve. He was a little love and it completely broke our hearts. We were looking for something simple, well made and capable of showcasing a few photos.

We chose this urn and are very happy we did. It looks beautiful. We also ordered the silver engraved plaque with his name, the Celtic Cross, 2 sentiment lines and dates. It is so professionally done and looks so nice. As sad as we are, we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Our little guy was only around 9lbs at the end and we were a little worried that this may be too big. But it is just perfect, with plenty of room to include a favorite toy or two and a little baggie of fur. We especially like how it is also somewhat discreet, looking just like a photo cube to someone visiting. We chose to put the plaque on the lid so that all four sides show pictures.

It was helpful to me to read the other reviews before I ordered...especially about how to get the pictures in. It actually is very easy once you know that the inside wood panels slide up and out.

I received my Medium cube today....and I am very impressed. It was packaged very securely in paper and foam and is exactly what you see in the picture online. I measured the INSIDE at 5"H x 4 3/4W x 4 3/4D, so it fit my small urn nicely. Print out photos at 4x6 and cut to size (fits 4x4 only). Install photos by sliding up the backs where they go. Very easy to set up. The placard I ordered with it was beautiful, too. I am so happy to look at it now that it is done. PerfectMemorials....Thank You so much. I Highly Recommend.:)

We recently lost our little Carin Terrier, who was with us for 10 Wonderful Years!!! He only weighed 11.5 lbs but we wanted to put his favorite toy in with him!!! We love this photo cube, it makes it so easy to insert our favorite pictures, and we choose to put the engraved plaque on the top, It really look's beautiful, and its a respectful, and beautiful way of letting our Carin Terrier know he is always with us!!!!! & The cube really looks beautiful, and turns around perfectly!!

To insert pictures slide ONE SIDE AT A TIME up only high enough to remove stock photo with out removing the slide from the box. Than remove cardboard insert and stock photo to use as a template to cut your photo. Place your photo and cardboard in opening and hold in place while lowering the slide back in place.

Engraved Plaque Insert is plastic not metal or brass like other plaques. Was disappointed with this fact that was not specified in ad.

My dog weighed 45 lbs. and his box from the crematory just fit in with little room to spare. I expected more room from a 90 lb. max capacity urn.

This urn is a wonderful place for my georgeous miniature long-haired dachshund to rest. Coco was my best friend for over 13 years and I am very happy to have such a wonderful memorial for her. It rotates with ease and holds nice 4 x 4 photos. I went with the medium, even though my girl was only 10 pounds because I wanted to have plenty of room for her favorite toy and collar. I am so happy I went up a size, as it just fits everything I wanted to keep close to her. The plaques are beautiful although they sent the wrong one, they immediately fixed it and I had the correct one a few days later. I would recommend this urn and perfect memorials to anyone who was looking for a beautiful memorial for their family member. This is my first order from Perfect Memorials and it arrived in record time. It is very nice. A perfect place to store not only ashes but momentos such as collar, ID tags, and pet fur. It sits next to my favorite chair and I love how it spins so I can look at a different picture each night. We ordered the gold plaque insert and put it on the top-it is a nice touch.

As other reviewers stated, it is difficult to put the pictures in. I tried taking the backs off of the pictures and placing them directly in but this did not work well. What worked the best was to remove the cardboard, pull out the back halfway, and jiggle the picture down.

What prevented me from rating this 5 stars is the plastic covering of the pictures. It is cheap plastic and mine came with several scratches on each one. It also came with bits of gluey substance on it which, when I tried to get it off, caused the plastic to scratch even more. When the pictures are in you can only see the scratches from a distance, but I felt that at the price I paid I should have gotten a better material to cover the pictures. (Like glass or plexiglass, not cheap thin plastic)

I had been searching for the perfect urn for the best price and I found it with perfect memorials. My 12 year old boxer was my first baby and hard to lay him to rest and I wanted to display his memories all over the house so no one would forget. :) This urn allows several pics and we got the extra engraved plate which was wonderful. The prices were the best I saw on LOTS of websites. I will recommend to others thank you! Recommend getting a Facebook like link to spread the word.

This is a beautiful and high quality piece. Photos are easy to insert. I put the engraved plaque on the top and photos on all sides. I also affixed a photo inside the lid. Rotation is smooth. Very well-made both inside and out.

This urn is very nice and just what we were looking for for our dog Coco. The photos were a tight squeeze to get in but otherwise we love the urn. What a neat way to memorialize our dog.

It really is a beautiful Urn for my wonderful dog Merlin. But it really should include instructions that tell you the inside walls slide up so you can place your pictures with ease. I was in tears because I could not figure out how to bend the plastic so I could place my pictures in the openings. I was going to return it until I finally went back and read the other reviews and the last one said to remove the inside walls.

It took me awhile to figure out how to put the photos in! Instructions would have been nice. The look of the finished product is fine.

This item is exactly what we wanted for Buster. I wasn't looking for a traditional urn but something to remember him by with pictures as well as a place to put his ashes. I ordered this in the morning and got a notification that it was shipped later that day. I received the item the next day and I didn't pay for faster shipping; in fact, it was the frees shipping. Others have talked about the difficulty with putting the pictures in the slots. However, what most don't know is that you can remove the backing from inside and pull the wooden slats out. It's perfect and I love it.

This pet urn is beautiful and interchangeable. We lost our first dog recently and this urn made it easier to cope with the loss. Being able to switch out different photos is a HUGE plus! Very Happy with this purchase.

This rotating cremation urn met my expectations. We received many compliments on our choice. Photos were fairly easy to install but can see where this might be difficult if I had purchased the smaller size. Overall we are very pleased.

Very pleased with out urn, shipped very quickly

I was so devestated when I lost my first dog, I couldn't open the package this urn came in. But when I finally opened this it is absolutely beautiful. Of course I was worried about the quality, but I was pleasantly surprised. This is definately worth it!

It didn't come with directions, but you just slide the inner walls the the box out to get the photos in. Was very easy. The plaques were beautiful and it turned out wonderful. I was able to fit my 50lb dog's remains and her collar in the medium box.

What a beautiful urn. I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived and I was happy that it did because my Shiloh was a 70lb Bernese Mtn Dog. Her remains were returned to me in a can which was to large for the urn. Fortunately, the staff offered to transfer the ashes for me so I was so very happy that I had it to take with me when I picked Shiloh up. I too had a little bit of difficulty loading the pictures but quickly figured out the trick for getting them in. I highly recommend this urn.

I chose this product because it is of beautiful quality and doesn't look like an urn. It displays up to four 4x4" photos and a memorial plaque (or five photos and no plaque), and discretely holds your pet's cremains. My only disappointment is that the top seals with sticky tape. I would prefer a lock or magnet instead. No problems with service and delivery.

We ordered this for our Labrador retriever who was nearly 80 lbs at the time of her passing. This urn was large enough to accommodate her cremains and a locket of her fur. We ordered the engraved plaque and poem plaque which left space for three pictures. The engraving was perfect and beautiful. After reading the other reviews I had no trouble fitting the pictures in. The fact that they are a snug fit is a good thing. The result is an elegant and personal memorial for our beloved pet. We live in Alaska and the order was received 48 hours after we placed it. It was just as i wanted it to be. once i figured out how to put the pics it, it was a sinch. the inner panel slides out. i didn't want to spend taht much, but it is a quality piece.

I ordered this urn for my two beloved felines. The piece is aboslutely beautiful. The engraving is beautiful, the piece is solid & I love that it rotates so all photos can be seen. I don't think there is a better way to memorialize our beloved pets than a piece like this. I showed the finished piece with photos to a number of people and all were moved to tears.

I lost my Sweet Codie on July 23rd. I was devestated and so heartbroken. I had asked that he be cremated. Both of my parents are and I have their ashes. I did not want to receive Codie's ashes and not have a place to put them that is special. I searched Google and found your website. I was so comforted to find this Urn. I agree that the picture areas are tight.....(I used plyers to pull out the cardboard and plexiglass) but the finished Urn is just perfect and I am grateful fot this. I read the reviews about the photos being a tight fit, but I didn't find that to be completely true. While it took some patience, the panels inside are properly edged and fit perfectly. Removal of the cardboard pieces behind the example photos is also helpful, since they're really unnecessary. The plaque was perfect and the item shipped the same day of purchase, arriving to me in perfect condition and exactly as anticipated.
My boy is inside with his floating "Kong" and his collar/name tag. It is a perfect display and quality product. Thank you so much!

Once the pictures and plaques are inserted in place, this urn is absolutely beautiful. However, instructions for inserting the photos are not provided. It took me a long time to figure out that the inner walls slide out.Placing the pictures and the plaques inside the cube is quite difficult and you may need a second person to help you out. But once the job finished, the urn looks fabulous. I especially like the rotating feature of this urn.

I bought this urn for a portion of my grandfather's ashes. When I first read the reviews and saw most of the buyers bought this urn for pet ashes it made me a little skeptical about whether it would be appropriate for my grandfather. I wanted something that did not look like a traditional urn, so I went ahead and purchased it and it was PERFECT!! The quality of this item was overall better than expected. I ordered it bigger than I needed so I could add a few personal mementos inside, everything fit perfectly. In some of the other reviews, some mentioned having trouble adding the pictures but I had no trouble at all. When adding pictures tilt the side you are working on towards you so the picture will sit in the opening better while you slide wood panel back in place. I ordered this product with the personalized engraved plaque and poem plaque in silver which was beautifully done. Although I am sad about having to purchase this, I am very happy with the product. It was a wonderful way to celebrate his life with the display of pictures. My other family members plan on purchasing urns for their portion of ashes from Perfect Memorials also. Just got this urn in today for our beloved Dalmatian. Her ashes fit perfectly in there, with room to put her tags and a collar in there too. Unlike the reviews below, I did not find it difficult to put photos in... had some 4x6's printed up, then I cut to size. They look great. This is also a great quality of wood, not cheap looking or anything. I am very happy with it, much better than the urn from the vet office. Very fast shipping too! I love this and love being able to display my dogs photo's. I would say that they might be just a tad small and if your dog was 70+ pounds you may want to get the large. Otherwise I am in complete love with this urn. You won't regret it!

Perfect way to memorialize our boxer who passed away recently. It isn't so obviously an urn and we can have a way to display pictures of him in happier times.

A bit disappointed that the there was a typo on the plastic engraved plate and it would cost $19.99 to have it replaced. It is not high quality, it is plastic and not very large. I can get a metal one made locally for a few dollars. I did not realize that buying them separate made no difference than the package, and I could not return. The Urn was nice, but the plate issue made me disappointed, and sad.

I just recieved this urn and even though it is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, I love it. I ordered the urn on Tuesday and it is now Thursday. I couldnt believe it came so fast! I did the free shipping that says 5 to 7 days instead of the much more expensive 2 day shipping but it still came in 2 days, a pleasant surprise. Now all I need is to fill it with my cat Max's photos.

We are very pleased with this urn for our pet. This urn looks exactly like the picture shown. The wood is nice, there was plenty of room and it was easy to put the pictures in after reading the reviews. Fast shipping and came exactly how I ordered it. The only thing that would have been nicer is if the photo sections had glass instead of the plastic inserts and if there was a latch to close the urn. Other than that, it's very nice!

I am so glad I purchased this box. The beautiful cherry wood with a soft sateen finish shows its quality. The rotation in the design makes it so much better than other options. It's easy to insert the pictures and plaque. The engraved plaque turned out nicely and it just warms my heart to see the pictures. It's more like a "celebration of life & cherished memories" box than a "mini casket" like other plain boxes and containers can seem to be.

I recently purchased this product for my beloved dog and I absolutely love it. It looks very classy without looking too much like an urn. I love this urn! I bought this two times in the last two years for our dogs. I love all the sides to it and chose a poem to go in the top of each one along with the engraved front plaque. It still has room for 3 pictures which is great if you are limited on space to show off your dogs. I don't have to have a picture frame taking up space next to the urn with all the ones I can put in this! I love the choices for the little adornments you can put on, but wish I could have done custom plaque for the top of the urn instead of just picking one of their poems. I'm really glad I chose this urn. It was exactly what I had hoped for. It looks exactly like the picture. The wood material is smooth, with clean lines and fine fitting workmanship. The slide panels holding the pictures and plaque are clever, but you need to figure it out for yourself - no instructions included. The lid tape some people complained about is gone, which suits me. A fine final resting place for my lost boy.

We decided a long time ago when it was our Sassy's time to pass we would have her cremated. Well that time came on February 24, 2010 (she was almost 16) Even tho it has been devastating to lose her - this beautifull urn has brought us comfort knowing we still have her with us. It is well constructed and blends right in with our decor. Thank you for offering a product that helps during such an emotional time.

This urn was perfect for my beagle of 18 years. I was able to place her ashes in it with plently of extra room for her collar, bag of hair, and impression of her paw. Very nicely made, only wish the top had a magnet closure or latch as an option.

The shipment arrived quickly, carefully packaged and undamaged. It is very beautiful and constructed well. Each side holds a photo or optional insert that can be customized. It was a little tricky to get each photo in but they fit well and it looks beautiful. The engraved poem and personal message turned out really lovely and I'm so pleased I decided to add that. I recommend the velvet bag to hold the ashes, it's very soft. I'm extremely pleased. This gave me a beautiful way to honor my beloved dog that past away after 12 years. Thank you so much.

I was very impressed with this urn. I had my dog for 17 yrs and I wanted something special for him. His remains and his collar fit perfectly. It took me a minute to figure out to pull the side panels out to put pictures in other than that I am extremely happy with it.

I bought the Photo Cube Rotating Cremation Urn and it is everything I wanted. I was able to get a customized scripture and the opportunity to put my favorite pictures of my Koda Kai all around. I lost my princess at a young age but she is still in my heart and I know she would have loved this urn just as much as I do.

This is a beautiful urn. I agree with the other writers that it would be helpful to add instructions for placing the photos, but reading the other reviews was very helpful. My maltese weighed 7 1/2 lbs. and the small urn was perfect for her remains in the container from the vet, her collar, and some fur. It is a beautiful container and a wonderful memorial to her. We will miss our puppy forever, and this is a wonderful reminder of her for us.

After losing our precious 13 year old dog "Skipper" to diabetes, we wanted something special in which to put his ashes. I looked and looked for several days on websites. I finally decided on the "Photo Cube Walnut Finish Rotating Cremation Urn", not knowing for sure how it would look. My granddaughter helped me pick out the pictures to put around it. At first,it was hard trying to decide how to hold the pictures, clear panels and wood panels in place while trying to put them all in at one time. But, it was very easy after I came up with the idea of just puting a small piece of tape at the top of each panel to hold them in place on the box until I could slide the wood panels down. Worked great. Now his urn is sitting on our window table so he can look outside, as he loved to do from the top of our sofa. The urn is so roomy inside_ Contains his ashes, collar with dog tags, his favorite toy (what's left of it, ha ha) some of his hair, and some home-made cards to him from my grand-daughters.

Sadly we had to put our 13 year old Beagle Farley down on April 15th. Friday I ordered the Urn and it was here for us by Monday when his ashes were ready for pick up. The Urn is exactly what I wanted. Very high quality. It just takes a minute to figure out how to get pics in and then the results are so dear. Thank you for getting this to us quickly. We now feel there is closure and this is a perfect way to give him a memorial. We miss him so but can keep this with us always.

This urn is really purrfect for kitties.... it's very simple, yet charming, exquisitely built and roomy. You can fit 5 photos or 4 photos and make your own dedication for one of the sides like I did.
If you're doubting purchasing it because of it's size- don't! I put my kitty's ashes and her most favorite toys and special reminders of her inside. I love it and it doesn't look like an urn just a memory box of a beloved pet.

This memory box was just as beautiful in person as it was in the picture. I do know what the other buyers meant about the pictures being a "tight fit" - it took a lot of maneuvering to get that last panel in, but once everything was in place it looked beautiful. There was space for my kitty's coller and some snippets of hair too, along with a couple sympathy cards and the cremation certificate. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the way this urn looks on my mantle. Although I didn't put Cuddles' ashes in this urn (she was placed in another wooden one), I put her collar and cards in it and it matches her urn perfectly. Very elegant looking and I enjoy having pictures of her close by.

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of this photo cube. That's a gamble you take when ordering from the internet. I took my time searching for the perfect resting place for my beloved Chloe. I raised her from a week old and 13 years just doesn't seem long enough. Inside is large enough for ashes and a favorite toy...even ashes of another pet. My other cat, Jasmine will join her when her time is up. Highly recommend this purchase.

This urn is beautiful I found it easy to assemble... I got it for my 14 yr old Maltese who just passed away.. I'm so happy with this piece. I had got the heart oval urn in red oak for my mastiff who passed away a few months ago... Losing 2 dogs in 5 months was absolutely heartbreaking I'm so glad I was able 2 find beautiful urns for them...

The urn was perfect and appeared just as advertised on the website. As far as inserting the pics I had no problem like everyone else stated. It was easy. The engravings were nice and well done too. I like the dark color too. It goes well with our furniture.

I got this urn for our beloved shih tzu Murphy who died way too young from lymphoma. It is beautiful! I do agree with the reviews that it took me a while to figure out how to get the pictures in as it did not come with instructions. So to all who buy this, the inside wood panels slide up and out, sit your picture in there and slide the wood panel down again, easy! Very nice quality. This holds my 16 lb. Murphy in his tin from the crematory, his collar, a bag of his fur, and room for a small toy. We love it and our so happy to have this wonderful memorial for our Murphy. Thank you Perfect Memorials!
