The Memorial Tear® Sterling Silver Pendant features a high-polished silver teardrop and rose. The teardrop symbolizes loss and grief; the rose represents undying love for one gone but cherished still. Wear this pendant as a cherished memory or give it to a friend or family member as a heartfelt gift. 18" sterling silver chain included. Every piece of jewelry includes an insert card that reads: "This is a teardrop to be worn in memory of someone loved. The rose is a symbol of of love that never ends. 1 Corinthians 13: 8,13."

Story About The Design
Several years ago I went through a lengthy period of grief. One morning I sat in my studio to draw and realized I was sketching a tear drop. I drew a rose in the center as a symbol of my love, then made the design into a pendant. Over time, the Memorial Tear® has become more than a symbol of love and loss. It now reminds me of a great and consoling truth, “love never ends”. (1 Corinthians 13: 8, 13).

Perfect

When I wear this Pendant I remember how much I miss and Loved our daughter that passed away almost fifteen years ago. I shed a few tears, but also remind myself of all the good things she brought to our lives. I have given this as a Memorial to several friends that have have lost a loved one. It makes me feel good and helps get though some bad days.

My daughter never wears jewelry but I bought her one of these when her father died and she never takes it off. She wanted another for each of her grandmothers who passed away since her Dad but I could not remember where I ordered it. Now I know what she will be getting for her birthday. I am planning to order immediately.

I got this pendant for my boss, her dad passed away and I wanted to remind her that his love will love on inside her. She was very touched and also the pendant comes with a card dedicating it to: so I personalized it, nice, I recommend.
