The Michelangelo's Pieta Cremation Urn is made from crushed marble. This Cremation Urn is a beautiful replica of the masterpiece.

This famous work of art depicts the body of Jesus on the lap of his mother Mary after the Crucifixion. The statue is one of the most highly finished works by Michelangelo.

The Michelangelo's Pieta Cremation Urn has a bottom-opening panel attaches with screws.

Optional Engraved Plaque
An optional engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 3 lines with a total of 35 characters on the name line and 120 characters on sentiment lines 1 and 2. Optional artwork and a poem may also be engraved. (See artwork options above and poem choices below)

Stunning

I purchased this piece and could not be happier with the decision to do so!
It is absoulety gorgeous. The picture does not do it justice believe me. To have the actual statue in front of you and to be able to see the details and its classic beauty simply takes your breath away. Worth every penny I assure you!!!

I purchased this piece for my mother's remains. It was only fitting for me since as a child, a pieta statue sat on the hutch in the dinning room. My mother would always place a fresh flower in front of it. Now to honor her I can do the same in front of her final resting place.

I am so grateful that I found and decided on this purchase from Perfect Memorials and Thank them from the bottom of my heart for simply being who they are and for offerring such exquiste pieces and outstanding customer service.

Comforting Quality

This piece is a work of art. I was very worried about buying this for my mom's ashes. My mom would have loved it. The urn has gorgeous detail and is very heavy. The urn is about a foot high and more than a foot across. The quality and workmanship is excellent. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for this type of urn.

Although the urn is large, it isn't as heavy as I thought it might be. While I expected the base to be hollow, I was surprised to find that the Pieta itself is hollow, too. I also didn't expect the silver name plate to be peel-and-stick; I thought it would be a true metal piece and be attatched to the urn. However, I'm glad it was engraved and not simply printed on. Overall, I was very pleased with my order. It was well worth the price. I'm giving the rating of 4 only because of the peel-and-stick nameplate. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

Absolutely beautiful and very detailed everywhere. I was stun by the impressive quality for this product. I knew I had to make this urn a treasure for the rest of eternity for my beloved wife and was quite nervous about making a choice without being able to see or hold it first. When the product arrived in double packaging and surrounded in styrofoam, once I opened it all my fears were over. This product is everything I had envisioned and had hoped it to be. I too have left the instructions to order my urn from the same company. Great product.

We were hesitant to order on line, only because we wanted the very best for our loving father. Words can not convey the beauty and detail of this lovely urn. I couldn't be happier with my selection of the Michelangelo's Pieta Cremation Urn. The attention to detail, workmanship, and just overall presentation of the urn are beautiful. The urn, with sensitivity, projects an aura of peace and loving remembrance. I can not think of a more appropriate resting place for a loved one.
