Disappointing Color

The quality of the urn is good. The lid screws on securely, the finishes are pleasant and it is a nice shape, but I am rating this low based on the color. The photograph online shows a white product. However, the actual color of the item is gray. The company should have a written description stating the color. The engraving is difficult to read with such a dark color background. I am giving a low rating because I think the company should have described the color. I would not have purchased a gray urn. The color makes me sad. I wanted white.
