I can not express my satisfaction in the engraved pendants I received today! I ordered them Monday --- the 5 pendants were created and sent out the same day of order-- all the while, sending emails to alert me to the entire process. End result, the pendants are beautiful!!!!!!!! My family will be so surprised for Christmas.....such a wonderful way to honor our daughter.

I ordered these heart charms for gifts for a special family in memory of their little girl. I was not sure how the product would turn out. I can tell you they came out beautiful! I would definatly order from you again. I was amazed at how fast i received my order too!
