Beyond expectations, Customer Service GETS a 10!!!

I bought these, as well as 10 dog tags, as a memoriam for my best friend's brother who died very young, unexpected, and tragically. They had a very large family so the dog tags went to the boys/men and the hearts with to the girls/women. I needed all 20 of them the next day and thanks to prefect memorials they were able to make that happen! Their customer service was fantastic! There wasn't a dry eye at the memorial service when I handed them out. They were beyond my expectations and absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Every family member wears their necklaces daily and some have said they will never take them off. I'm not sure how long they last since they aren't gold but I will definitely order from perfect memorials in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone! I had his picture on the front and the "presence we miss" poem on the back. The quality is amazing for the price you pay!
