This Polished Silver Urn Medallion offers a unique way to personalize your cremation urn. The urn medallion is a perfect solution to personalizing a cremation urn that has a surface that can’t be engraved on. This medallion is designed to hang on large or medium size cremation urns that are 10 inches or taller. The medallions are offered with a 22" adjustable chain to accommodate different shapes and styles of cremation urns. The urn medallion is available in 4 different finishes.

Engraving is available in the typeface shown and can be up to 2 lines. The first line can have up to 20 characters and second line can have up to 33 characters. The urn medallion is not recommended for small keepsake urns, we recommend a perfect plaque for smaller keepsake urns. Please see model number PM2373 if you are interested in personalizing a small keepsake urn. Urn shown in photo is sold separately.

Emotional Purchase

I lost my mother 3 weeks ago and the last thing you think about is a name plate for a urn. It meant a lot to my dad that we purchase something the Urn Medallion was beautiful and matched perfect with our urn and it brought tears to my dads eyes. It made all the difference to our family for this one item. Also was not over priced.

Urn Medallion

I needed a good quality name tag medallion for the urn for my sister. I was concerned about the quality for the price. It turned out to be perfectly crafted and well done. I am very impressed with the final medallion and it was easy to adjust the length -- there is a claw end clip that allows you to select the length and then I just clipped off the extra links with a wire cutter. It looks wonderful.
