The urn came well packaged with no damages and on time. The picture does not do justice to how beautiful this urn is. Very happy with this purchase.

It was everything I expected and more - elegantly detailed with finely crafted features. It arrived sooner than projected and was well packed to prevent damage. The customer service was superior - Kelly even made some suggestions that saved us $60. I was reluctant to order on-line, but my experience with Perfect Memorials exceeded all my expectations.
