Unfortunately I have lost my 3 cats due to health issues in the last year in a half. They were 17, 18 & 15 years old and were family.

The death of my 10 year old jack russell Stuart was a very hard thing to handle. I wanted to do more than just stick him in a hole in the back yard. He meant so much more to me than that. I wanted something I could put my beloved Parker's picture in and to hang his collar around. The picture online doesn't do this urn justice. You can't see how high quality it really is. I added two lines to the bottom and even though they were the reverse of what I ordered, whoever did the lettering knew what they were doing because it came out even better. Okay, I will admit that when I read all the "perfect" reviews for this company I thought the reviews were fake. They were much too similar in their high praises. But I really liked the heart urn and I wanted to order it for my sister who lost both her dogs in a short period of time. I wanted to get one urn for both dogs but had some questions about that. The dog passed unexpectedly in the middle of the night and I called the contact number immediately when they opened. A lovely girl who had a terrible cold answered my questions precisely and I went back on line and placed the order just as she suggested. January 25 2010, my cat Cee Jay died.I wanted an urn for my best friend that would be personal.I love the beautiful red oak wood unlike stone,metal,or glass wood is warm to the touch just like my Cee Jay was.also the heart shape frame has glass not plastic! the paw prints and the ingraving are wonderful too! I recived the urn in mint contition they did a great job packing it.I am very happy with this urn Cee Jay too.

Love it. It is as lovely as in the pictures. Great quality and the finish is nice too. I will say the price is little high. But the workmanship is good.
