Awesome

I bought this for my husband. He loved the American Eagle. This is beautiful. It struck a cord with me because my husband flies and was killed in an airplane serving his country. With the American Eagle enveloping him with his wings, this Urn was THE ONE! FYI though, it is large and HEAVY!

First of all, let me just comment on how nice the customer service agent was. She told me that she would do her best to get the order shipped that same day if I would hold for a moment, and she was able to get it from the west cost so that we could have it the next day. The urn was delevered early the next morning and it was beautiful. The urn is so nice that the place of cremaion liked it so well that they wanted to try and start carring it. Thank you so much for all the help and the great product. I would highly recommend you to anyone, and I do not normally write testimonals, but upon receiving such great service I told the other family memebers that we should really send a nice letter to your company, thanking you, and when the e mail came I knew we had to review the service and product. Again thank you.
