When I finally got it out of the blue velvet bag and looked at it, it took my breath away. I have been looking on the internet for about a year and a half and have never seen one like the one I bought. I'm glad I actually got to see it before I need it. The pictures just don't do it justice because it is so shiny and bright and the jewel tones really set it off. White Iris Cloisonne Urn: Judith Sage from Buffalo, New York on November 4, 2009; This Urn is absolutely beautiful. We selected it because it didnt look like a traditional urn and looked more like a "vase". It worked out beautifully at the ceremony. Unbeknowst to me it also had a small butterfuly on it which for us was the logo at the Hospice House. The customer service department was incredible! The young lady I spoke with was so helpful! Yardley Is Home: David from Carlisle, Pennsylvania on November 4, 2009; When I lost my dog and the Vet gave me her ashes in a cardboard box, I was dealt two blows. Not knowing where to turn, other than "check the Internet" (said the Vet) I immediately found Perfect Memorials and a huge selection. Silver cylinder: Madeleine from Connecticut on October 27, 2009; I ordered the 'silver classic cylinder' as a gift for a friend whose dog had passed. I ordered it with the key chain and had it engraved. I was a little worried that it might look a bit cheesy but I was really happy when it arrived and I opened it up. The cylinder looks a hundred times better in 'real life' than on your website and the engraving was really nicely done. My friend was thrilled and very touched to receive it. Thank you.

our experience: Dawn Imus-Ebert from Fremont, Nebraska on October 25, 2009; We were reluctant to order something this precious online, in our situation we needed our marker by a specific date. Not only did we receive it before the date we specified, the two people who help me, Amanda and Kelly, were wonderful in helping with the choices we made for our marker. We asked for some specific things for our marker, and they were more than happy to help us, no questions asked, no being told it would cost extra. When we received our marker it came to us with a small chip in it(we believe it happened during the shipping process), I called Perfect Memorials and discussed our situation, they were more than helpful, they offered to send us a brand new one in place of the one we had. Due to our time frame that was not an option. They came up with a very satisfactory settlement. They were very gracious and kind to our predicament. Our family will only use Perfect Memorials for our family needs from now on. You couldn't ask for better treatment and professionalism from anyone. The product is great and the price is more than fair!!

A perfect way to have her with me: Evelyn from Connecticut on October 24, 2009; I received my heart pendant with chain this week, the picture engraved was of my dog. My Precious Jett: Jennifer from Chicago on October 21, 2009; I got Jett my yellow lab when I found out I couldn't have children. Jett became my child for 11 years. I can't find the words to explain how special she was to me. After I had to put her down I couldn't bring myself to put her things away or open the canister with her cremains. I knew I wanted something beautiful and special for her. The Rotating Memories Urn caught my attention immediately because I could put her photos on it. Jett loved to take picture and I had a photo album filled with her pictures.

Thank You So Much: Smith N Western from St. Cloud, Florida on October 16, 2009; This is not the first time that I have done business with Perfect Memorials. Just over a year ago, my son passed away. I ordered two different urns. One for myself and one for my daughter. Engraving and delivery were done in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with the procucts. This year, I decided to have my son's urn buried below his grandmother's headstone. I ordered a broze plaque marker to be placed at the edge of the headstone. We had to take care of everything long distance as I live in FL and the grave site is in CA. They were very nice and worked with the cemetery to authenticate the specifications and receive approval. Then, it was shown to be delivered, but the cemetery had not received it. I made contact with Perfect Memorials. They were very concerned and proceded to find out what had happend. Apparently, UPS had delivered it to the wrong location. They put a trace on it and UPS is STILL looking for it! Perfect Memorials had another plaque made and shipped it out. I received confirmation today that the plaque has been received! Thank you so much for being so caring and taking care of the problem in record time.

Missing My Girl: Zoe's Mom from Copperas Cove, Texas on October 16, 2009; I lost my best friend Zoe (my 10 year old lab mix) on October 9th, which was by far one of the worst days of my life. I ended up on this website to order an Urn for her. It was so easy to place the order, and shipped the same day utilizing the free shipping method. urn/vault bad news...Great news!: Deb from milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 14, 2009; I ordered a urn/vault. Dark green marble. I was very disappointed in the condition of it when it arrived.

It had scuff marks all over and one of the corners looked like it was ready to break off.

I called the customer help line and talked to a very kind and helpful young lady who said they would send one out over night, and check it before it leaves.

I received it yesterday and it is beautiful. Perfect!

Engravable Cremation Urn: Stacey Ferrell from Fuquay Varina, North Carolina on October 14, 2009; Our beloved, 12 year old, cocker spaniel, Oliver, passed away on August 8, 2009. We first ordered a pet urn from a competitor that will remain nameless. Twice, they sent us the wrong urn. By the time we got both urns shipped back, told them to forget it and our account credited, it was October 6th. Needless to say, we were somewhat horrified by this two month ordeal as things for our dog should have been easy in death after the illness he struggled with. I ordered my urn from Perfect Memorials on a Tuesday and had the urn- correct engraving and all on that Friday. I cannot express how grateful we are for the courteous and exceptionally prompt customer service we experienced with Perfect Memorials. The loss of a loved one whether it be human or pet is a difficult thing and they made our experience easier to bear. Thank you.

Tastefully Done: Shannon & Steve from Japan on October 13, 2009; This is a beautiful urn that means a great deal to us. We wanted a pleasant way to remember our precious girl and the rotating picture cube urn let us pick some of our favorite memories to display. We felt it was an appropriate memorial for such a loved member of our family. The only complaint I have is the plastic covers that go over the photos are scratched up. Glass covering would be better, but one the photos are in place the scratches are "almost" undetectable. I would still highly recommend this product and website based on the overall quality, selection and service.

Medium Paw Print - Better than expected!: Diedre from Lond Island on October 2, 2009; Our beloved Roxy died suddenly Sept 28, 2009 at age 7. First time I ever shopped for an urn. Found the Medium Paw Print, ordered it the next day and got it two days later. My boyfriend and I absolutely love it. The engraving is beautiful, and the bronze looks so much more stunning in person than online. This is so sleek, classy and sassy, just like our little girl was. I saw the locket I wanted and I received my order in a very timely manner. The locket was what was described, but, on the back, near the engraving was a small dent (dimple) on the heart. Peace of Mind: Renee C from Utah on October 1, 2009; My brother recently died after a long battle with cancer. I had to travel across the country for his funeral. The local Mortuary was charging more than twice the price for the Wings of Freedom urn. My aged parents are on social security and needed any break they could get. It is very hard to close, way too small. The cylinder is extremely heavy but nice quality and I would order a choker type necklace next time. Overall I am very happy and the engraving was beautiful.
