I had spent many hours researching an urn for my husband, an avid duck hunter. Due to denial of his condition I waited until the time was very near and finally took a minute to order it on line. No problem. When I pressed "process order" , I signed and went back to his side. Hours later I realized that I didn't have anything to show I purchased it and frantically called the 800 number. The woman on the other end was compassionate and helpful and best--reassuring. The urn was already in route and arrived the evening before the funeral. It was the Mallard Duck Urn and the companion mini duck that held just enough ashes for some shotgun shells to give to his hunting buddies--his final wish. Thank you for your assistance.

I had never heard of cremation jewelry until recently. I bought an oak urn, bracelet, forget me not cylinder necklace and 2 silver cylinder necklaces. The necklace is very smooth with the design impeccably carved in. It's adorable. The ashes seem to be hanging from the tree like fruit from the front and clearly visible from the back. It's not a sphere like I thought though. It is a circle with flat edges. Like a really thick nickle. Overall, I adore it.

I had a great experience, though I was a little surprised about how small the urn was. I was happy with the artwork and the price, I just might have liked to maybe seen a size comparison between urns in the same group. Maybe I didn't look close enough? Overall though, very satisfied!

I called Perfect Memories late Tuesday afternoon with a request for a custom engraved Urn for my mother’s service being held on Friday morning. I had no real expectation it could be done that soon. My mother was a lifelong dancer so we wanted a Ballerina engraved on her urn. I searched for images that might be acceptable however could not come up with much. They searched their resources and came up with the perfect image of a Ballerina taking a final bow. Very fitting. They engraved and shipped it overnight so I had it Thursday. I cannot say enough about the great service they gave me and what a big help they were to me in such a difficult time.

I bought 2 of these, one for myself and one for my 8 year old. I worried that it would be too big or too 'grown up' for her, but she wanted something to keep her grandmother's ashes. Purchased an urn for my father's dog. My dad just loves the urn and can't get over how the statue on the top of the urn looks just like his beloved "pepper". He is so broken hearted but having her back home in that beautiful urn makes him happy.
