The Perfect Gold Flat Photo Plaque
 This steel plaque is designed to enhance the presentation of a cremation urn or burial container, and also identify who’s cremains are inside in the case of a natural disaster. The plaque has room for up to four lines of personalized engraving. The plaque comes with a pre-applied industrial adhesive tape. This allows you to have the option to place the plaque where you would like on the cremation urns or burial container.

This engraved plaque ships separately from your order,and takes 7 - 10 days for arrival. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to priority, select the priority delivery above. Please note that the upgraded shipping only applies to the plaque itself and not other products in your shopping cart. Engraving
Engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 7 lines with a total of 20 characters on each line.

Depending on the provided image, lighting and contrast, the final product will vary. Our designer makes the best effort possible to make each plaque the highest quality possible. After you place your order we will send you an e-mail on where to send the photo.

Perfect Memorials could not have provided better service. The product was delivered in a professional manner, excellant quality, on-time and for the advertised price. During a time of great emotional stress, Perfect Memorials did not add to that stress.
