They did a great job!

The first time, they missed something so I brought it to their attention. They acknowledged their mistake and re-did the plaque at no charge and FEDEX to me NEXT DAY.

Rec'd this easel name plate that I am using in my curio that I have set up a memorial shrine with a small keepsake urn that I purchase from this site and this identified my mother birth and passing and it has an engraved etch picture of my mother. Totally pleased with this purchase and all the other stuff I have brought to honor my mother, the quality is all there. Thank you Perfect Memorial for making my shopping experience for memorial items so wonderful.
