I purchased what is described as a "Steel Easel Plaque" for my Mother. It was supposed to go inside the Niche with her urn. The Niche will be sealed tomorrow so there are no second chances to make it right.
What I received Today after paying for 2 day shipping is a CHEAP piece of silver tone plastic with tape on the back. NO EASEL, NO STAND, NO STEEL, just a piece of plastic. I am in tears, this was not something I can wait on to be replaced. Called the company and was told they could send the easel but they have no weekend service. Unbelievable & Heartbreaking. -
