I think I was mistaken in how I read the description. I thought this item was for either a bit of the cremains ash or a bit of fur. I planned to put a bit of fur inside but it was almost impossible to put more than 4-5 individual hairs into the heart. So I was very disappointed with the item but it was my fault. The heart is beautifully made it was just that I ordered something different that what I needed.
