My experience with Perfect Memorials was excellent. My on line order did not transmit the picture as I intended, and I was contacted by Customer Service the same day and they gave me instructions on how to send the picture. I was very devastated by the loss of my Little Guy, who was an English Cocker Spaniel stray and he was by my side for 5 years, so it took me six months to get myself together to order the plate for the box that contained his ashes.
This was the second time that I ordered an engraved plate from Perfect Memorials. My experience 6 years ago for my beautiful golden retriever, Cassie, was just as well handled by their customer service personnel.

We ordered one the day that my dog died & it came in about a week!! It's absolutely beautiful!!! I didn't have many great pictures of her so, I just sent them the best one that I do have. The picture on the plaque came out perfect & very detailed, I can definitely tell that it is my baby girl!!!! -

We recently lost our family pet, and decided on cremation. We wanted something special to put on the box, rather than the standard brass plate that was offered. The cost of this plate was cheaper than the standard plate offered by the crematory. I sent in my picture, and it was engraved/etched into the brass with such detail, that it is easily seen as a copy of the picture of my dog. It is nice to look at the urn with this brass plate, and see my dog clearly. They even got his bone in the picture! Thank you for this - this product was perfect, and I have already recommended this to family members that have lost pets in the past, have urns with no plates on them...they said they will be placing orders, because they were blown away by how well ours came out.
