When is phone support available?

Is help available on a weekend, after business hours or on a holiday?

Yes, live support is available Saturdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm. If you are trying to reach us outside of normal business hours, please email us at support@perfectmemorials.com or leave us a voicemail at 1-800-979-8767 and we will get back to you on the next business day.


Perfect Memorials observes some holidays and may be closed for their observance. If we are closed, a message will be posted on the home page of our site with further details. During these times, we do not have phone or chat support, but emails and voicemails can be sent for us to respond to on the next business day.
