Large Dog in Basket Plaque Only
This plaque is designed to enhance the presentation of the Large Dog in Basket Cremation Urn (PM14564). The plaque is made from a durable resin and comes with a pre-applied industrial adhesive tape. This plaque is offered exclusively from Perfect Memorials and has a lifetime warranty. Urn is sold separately from the plaque.
Simple Mounting
The back of the plaque is lined with 3M® VHB® tape (Very High Bond). This clear acrylic tape allows you to easily attach the plaque to the urn vault without the use of glue. Simply peel the tape liner off and gently press the plaque to the urn vault for a permanent bond.
Engraved Options
Engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 4 lines. The name line can be up to 25 characters and the sentiment lines can be up to 60 characters per line. Optional artwork may also be chosen (see choices above). An optional poem plaque may also be engraved on the back of the urn (see poem choices below).

Just to be clear...this is a piece of rubber that is engraved and painted with the name and quote. However, I bought the basket urn which is beautiful and this rubber sticky plaque looks really good on it. It is not cheap looking at all, but also a bit expensive....but for most of us...nothing is too expensive for our loved ones.
