The Seamless Bronze Cube Resin Plaque Only
This plaque is designed to enhance the presentation of the Seamless Bronze Cube Resin Cremation Urn (PM13471). The plaque is made from a durable resin and comes with a pre-applied industrial adhesive tape. This plaque is offered exclusively from Perfect Memorials and has a lifetime warranty. Urn is sold separately from the plaque.
Simple Mounting
The back of the plaque is lined with 3M® VHB® tape (Very High Bond). This clear acrylic tape allows you to easily attach the plaque to the urn vault without the use of glue. Simply peel the tape liner off and gently press the plaque to the urn vault for a permanent bond.
Engraving Options
Engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 5 lines, 40 characters per line. An optional poem may also be engraved on the urn (see poem choices below).

My brother ordered an Urn with this plaque that also had an etching of a motorcycle for our brother who recently passed away...it came out beautiful, so in turn I ordered the exact same plaque for the outside of the family headstone. Excellent Quality and workmanship.
